Rhodezia is an expressive, mineral-tanned natural leather from specially selected cattle from the bushveld of Simbawes. It is a robust, pure aniline dyed thick leather, with a thickness of 1.8 – 2.0 mm. All natural features are deliberately processed visibly and thus reflect the originality of Africa.
As with all pieces of furniture from tommy m, you can also choose between different cover qualities for Forma. Whether leather or textile – there are no limits to your imagination! Thus, the sofa becomes your very own unique piece, which is manufactured for you in our factory in Upper Franconia!

in thick leather Colonial offwhite
Colonial is a visually and haptically exceptional nubucked leather made from unsplit and very heavy bull hides of the best Central European raw material. Characteristic features are the pronounced full grain and the distinctive neck and mast pleat areas. The elaborate dyeing in several steps, the so-called sandwich process and the subsequent hand sanding creates this distinctive two-tone effect. Each leather hide is unique and makes each piece of furniture one of a kind. An ecological mineral tanning is used here. During production, all natural features such as insect bites, neck wrinkles, scars, etc. are left visible. These features are evidence of the promised naturalness and intentional expression of this leather and cannot be accepted as a complaint. The thickness of the leather is between 2.8 – 3.0 mm.
The padding with a soft, casual character is intended due to design. In the course of normal use it is typical for the merchandise to form folds and recesses. This development is aided by the different properties of the cover material, the influence of body weight, heat and moisture and the location of the sofa (e.g. sources of heat and light). These normal performance characteristics are related to model and design and therefore do not represent grounds for complaint.
