Bubalus is an extremely thick, rustic, neck aniline leather from Asian water buffalo with natural surface without finish. After the high-quality Nappasoft mineral tanning, the leather is only dyed through in the barrel with selected dyes. The surface is not closed by a finish. In this way, the leather retains its inimitably soft feel and lively appearance. Water buffalo live in the wild as farm animals, sometimes also as working animals, and are thus exposed to the climate and other environmental influences without protection.

Namib is a pure barrel-dyed aniline leather, which becomes even more sustainable than already conventionally tanned leathers due to its special chrome-free tanning. No chrome salts or aldehydes are used in this sand tanning process, resulting in a better environmental footprint, lower water consumption and less discharge of chemicals in waste and effluents. The performance of this tanning agent is also unrivaled because, in addition, it produces a leather with very good physical properties and high grain tightness. This particular article is made from the raw material of African cattle and gets its final touch from the oils and waxes used. All natural characteristics are consciously processed.
The padding with a soft, casual character is intended due to design. In the course of normal use it is typical for the merchandise to form folds and recesses. This development is aided by the different properties of the cover material, the influence of body weight, heat and moisture and the location of the sofa (e.g. sources of heat and light). These normal performance characteristics are related to model and design and therefore do not represent grounds for complaint.
